Pecan Pie

When the harvest was in, the North held its autumn blót and set the whole bounty on one table. Pecan Pie is that table in a cup: roasted pecans, caramelized sugar, and browned butter over single origin specialty grade coffee, roasted to order and lightly flavored by hand.

All natural, gluten free, allergen free, vegan, and made with no added sugar. This is a harvest feast with remarkably few conditions.
