Hibiscus Berry Tea

When Freyja wept, the old poems say, her tears fell as red gold. Steep this and you will see the resemblance: organic hibiscus, rosehips, and orange peel on a rooibos base, deepened with blueberry, passionfruit, and mango - a ruby cup, rich with blueberry and currant.

Low astringency, high body, high sweetness. Herbal, and glorious as a cold brew when the sun insists.

Brewing Ritual

Steep 3 g per 12 oz at 212 F for 5–10 minutes. Also superb as a cold brew or western-style brew.
