Sol drives her chariot up from the east, and the first light she throws is gentle. This lightly roasted blend of South American coffees is built for exactly that hour: an early sunrise roast with notes of walnut, mild apple, slight raisin, and toffee.

Grown at high mountain elevations in both partial and full sun, washed with environmentally friendly methods and dried in the open air. Dawn, done softly.
